With a $19 Million (R262 Million) price tag, we take a look at this luxe listing in New York City and why it’s stolen this celeb’s heart.

Just a few months after listing his stunning duplex penthouse at 150 Charles Street, Jon Bon Jovi has reportedly scooped up a unit at the Greenwich Lane, the ultra-luxe condo that replaced St. Vincent’s Hospital in Manhattan.

According to the Wall Street Journal, Bon Jovi purchased a 3,951-square-foot, four-bedroom unit.

“The main selling points of this pad? It’s the perfect blend of privacy and amenities.”

What’s not to love? The Know unpacks why this apartment has the appeal that it does for this celebrity, who’s known for loving sleek, modern fixtures. For one, it’s the size of a house. The apartment comes with its own balcony, a private elevator (a lust-after item for the high-end market), Juliette balconies on the living room windows and a state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen. The master suite has a massive walk-in closet, a marble tub that looks out onto the city below, and heated floors. There is also a dedicated service access point and a 21-seater private screening room.

Seems this Jersey rocker really is sleeping on a bed of roses as he racks up some more prime property. Thinking of trading your apartment for another? Pam Golding leads the luxury real estate space.
