Capetonians living locally and abroad are snapping up apartments in ‘The Marlow on Mill’ in Newlands

Such is the demand for quality sectional title apartments in Cape Town’s sought-after suburb of Newlands that 68 units in ‘The Marlow on Mill’ sold out within just 10 minutes of launch, says Pam Golding Properties. Representing a total value of R180 million to date, these sales account for almost a quarter of the development’s 281 units.
