With its exclusive properties and country lifestyle, Kyalami Heights is one of Gauteng’s top home locations.
Homes here sell for an average of R7.9 million, according to Lightstone property data, ranking it fourth of Gauteng’s top six home spots for 2018.
Kyalami Heights, also known as Intaba Country Lifestyle Estate is a sought after home location. Offering just 25 homes, this estate boasts spectacular views of the Magaliesburg Mountains, and comes with indigenous landscaped gardens and an abundant birdlife, say Pam Golding Properties area specialists, Jet de la Rey and Nicole Horwood.
“Owners on this estate tend to hold on to their homes, and when well-priced properties do come onto the market, they sell quickly,” say the agents.
They add that buyers are attracted by the country lifestyle, and the fact that the estate is conveniently located close to Kyalami Corner, the N1 highway, major roads and a number of good schools.
Currently, the average selling price is R8 million, with some homes selling for upwards of R15 million.
Pam Golding Properties is currently marketing a designer home on the estate. The house offers open plan living, and includes four en-suite bedrooms. Other features of the property include an office, staff accommodation, three garages, and a swimming pool. It is on the market for R9.5 million.
