Pam Golding Properties champions the Squash 57 SA Nationals 2023

Pam Golding Properties is delighted to be the headline sponsor of the SA National Squash 57 Championships to be held from the 24 – 27 August 2023 in Port Elizabeth. As part of the company’s social investment programme – the Heart of Gold Trust, Pam Golding Properties is proud to be associated with this national sporting event.

Through the Heart of Gold Trust, the Pam Golding Property Group has embarked on a number of initiatives in support of worthy community projects, as part of the ‘Live Remarkable’ campaign. The Heart of Gold programme incorporates many and varied CSI initiatives across its more than 2 000 individual agents and staff and through its office network of 300 offices in South Africa and 10 other African countries.

Benefitting from this sponsorship is the Angela Difford Development Foundation (ADDF), a programme committed to promoting and growing the game of squash in all socio-economic spheres within the Eastern Cape by providing coaching, mentorship, knowledge and skills transfer as well as the use of facilities and equipment.

The ADDF was created to honour the legacy of Angela Difford, a national squash legend, who dedicated her time to developing squash with the Eastern Cape, right up until the age of 91. Her legacy as well as success regarding the squash players she produced, lives on. However, the ADDF goes beyond squash by empowering young men and women to become valuable contributors in society.

With a number of local clubs hosting this event, squash players throughout South Africa are invited to enter what promises to be a successful and well represented national tournament in Port Elizabeth. The opening function will take place on Thursday evening, 24 August 2023, at the Westview club. Matches will be played and live streamed on Friday and Saturday, morning and afternoon sessions and a morning session on Sunday, ending with a lunch and Prize Giving.
