Each table is encouraged to showcase its creativity by decorating its space and providing plates, glasses, cutlery and tablecloths. We invite you to prepare a selection of delicious high tea treats for 8 guests, beautifully arranged on your table. To add a competitive spirit to the event, guests will have the opportunity to vote for the best decorated table, with a prize awarded to the winner. A ballot note will be provided at each seat for voting, ensuring an engaging experience for everyone.

Beverages will include a selection of teas and coffees, graciously sponsored by BAARD and CO. Coffee Roasters, along with a welcome drink of sparkling wine tastings from our local farms.

As you arrive, enjoy a warm welcome from the talented violinist Renee van der Westhuizen at the amphitheatre entrance, with background music throughout the event curated by sound engineer Anrico Saayman. We are also pleased to have Lori-Ann Biebuyck, a breast cancer survivor, who will share her personal testimony and experience.

The musical entertainment will be provided by Annemi Phillips from Simply Strings on viola, Renee Van Der Westhuizen on violin, and Anjulie Nock on cello.

Land Rover N1 City will be sponsoring the photographer, videographer and photo booth, ensuring that every moment of this special morning is beautifully captured. Webb Attorneys have generously sponsored the town hall venue hire, making this event possible.

Join us for an unforgettable morning of connection, compassion, and community as we raise awareness for breast cancer and support those affected by it.

Together, we can make a meaningful difference.
